Now to dive well into the article “AI and international relations" I would further define AI which was first introduced in the 1950s at a conference at Dartmouth college, Hanover, New Hemisphere, it is the stimulation of human intelligence but imbed into robots or machines programmed and/or coded to act and mimic the human mind.
AI over the past decades, has led to many discussion on its potentials on social, economic and security impacts on the world and how it would affect International Relations and diplomacy. It is believed that AI is a drive to change in our world. Improving productivity and business opportunities. It’s a new way of reshaping the future. Relating to International Relations, diplomats are expected to have closer relationship with the tech expertise as this AI will provide bigger change in diplomacy, power and foreign policies.
We are in the period of a digital society or in lame man form “ computer age". Technology is used widely both in civil and military activities. It has been used to provide solution to poverty, hunger, transportation, law , health issues, population census, war Although not totally eradicated yet, it’s way better than it was.

AI creation, I aspects of cyber security and cyber warfare can quickly detects unknown threats and provide response to such. AI can also reduce labour costs, insufficient labour and obstacles to poverty in the economy.
The great of individuals on AI is how these robots can suddenly have minds of their own and process desire to rule and take over all of humanity. We need to remember that even in these times, our present machines can go against us e. g mines, once stepped on, can’t distinguish friend or foe an blow up.
It’s is advised that studies in the field of AI be made transparent and weapons be made limited by International law as in nuclear arms regimes. These can be bring about city security and efficient improvement in the society. US, CHINA and RUSSIA are leading countries for AI creation.
As the internet has both good and bad effects so also will the AI have its own but in terms of International Relations and diplomacy, it enhance security of lives and property and also effective work without compromise.
Robots, if malfunctioned wouldn’t be a result of robots themselves but of the greed of humanity to want total power over less class of humanity. AI is going to transform International Relations (IR) by keeping humanity from poverty, economic imbalance an provide a better and easier stances of life. Truthfully, technology has made life and both in some way harder but everything has it good and bad. Humans be ready or not,ore change is going to come into our world day by day for us to adapt to.
This effective advancement of technology and mechanism will be a way of saving humanity even though it may come with it’s good and bad times, it’s a great change humanity and modern state diplomacy is would both experience.
